I’m thrilled to share that I’m currently training with Burrell Education to become a certified Women’s Therapeutic Coach — a powerful approach that complements my work in women’s fitness and health by addressing the emotional and mental side of transformation.
This is not fitness coaching — this is deeper. Therapeutic coaching helps women navigate the unique challenges of life with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust. Whether it’s navigating menopause, identity shifts, body image, motherhood, or simply feeling “stuck” — this coaching meets you where you are, with compassion and purpose.
It’s coaching with a heart-led, trauma-informed lens — designed for the woman you are today.
As part of my certification process, I’m looking for four women to work with as case study clients. This is a unique opportunity to receive:
Five free 1-hour 1:1 therapeutic coaching sessions
Sessions held online or in-person (Longfield and surrounding areas)
A safe, confidential space to explore what’s holding you back — and what’s possible
Gentle, empowering guidance to help you move forward with clarity and confidence
You do not need to be into fitness or working with me already — this is for any woman who is ready for change and wants support in her corner.
You might be:
In a life transition (midlife, motherhood, menopause, post-divorce, career shift)
Struggling with self-worth, confidence, or clarity
Carrying emotional overwhelm or stress that you’re ready to work through
Ready to reconnect with yourself — in mind, body, and spirit
You don’t need to have the answers. You just need to be willing to begin.
