Weekly 1:1 sessions (in person or online) over 6 weeks or 12 weeks
Daily at-home movement & mindset work (just 10–15 mins a day)
Educational support so you understand your pelvic floor, not fear it
Breathwork, alignment coaching, and progressive strength movements
