    • Weekly 1:1 sessions (in person or online) over 6 weeks or 12 weeks

    • Educational support so you understand your body  and  not fear it

    • Breathwork, alignment coaching, and progressive strength movements

    • All equipment is provided – pilates ball and resistance bands
